He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rodgers and Flora Rodgers; and his brother Marvin F. Rodgers. He is survived by: his wife Helen Ruth Rodgers; his children, Terry Rodgers, Raymond, Linda, Kathy, Dan, Broussard and Wendy Rodgers; his grandchildren, Desiree, Michael and Francy; his children, Renee, William, Hill, Katie Rodgers, Kallie Rodgers, Jacob Vincent, Cassandra Lyons and Tyler Lyons; his cousin Harriet Dunn; and his nieces and nephews, Regina Arch, Jodi Wall, Charles Robinson II and Michael Robinson. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
