He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his children, Terry Castleberry (Deborah) of Checotah, Oklahoma, Christy Andrews (Steve) of Checotah, Oklahoma, Shelby Castleberry of Checotah, Oklahoma, Jamie Finley of Bixby, Oklahoma and Jeff Pickens (Natalie) of Claremore, Oklahoma; and his sisters, Deloris Potts (Alvin) of Hitchita, Oklahoma, Chryl Hester of Moore, Oklahoma, Kathy Hester (Ronnie) of Checotah, Oklahoma, LeaAnn Ward (Oval) of Hitchita, Oklahoma, Kellie Mann (Dale) of Checotah, Oklahoma and Cammie Martin (James) of Checotah, Oklahoma.
