It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Bell in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, born in Ponca City, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 13, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Vernon Emsley and Ruby Ford (Tiner); her children, Phil Bell (Leigh Anne), Jeanne Mason (Ed) and Terry Bell (Teresa); and her husband Gene Bell. She was also cherished by Six Grandchildren and Fifteen Great-Grandchildren; one sister.
