He was predeceased by: his parents, James Andrews and Bobbie Vogt (Akard). He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his daughters, Kimberly Andrews of Tulsa and Jennifer Rackley; his grandchildren, Giada and Phillip Rackley; his sister Terri Alexander; his niece Amy; and his nephew Andy Alexander.
