With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Phillips of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 21, 2022 at the age of 64. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Peggy Phillips to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clem Brown and Hazel Brown (Samples); her son Chad Brown; her brother Mike Brown; her parents-in-law, Jeff and Delores Phillips; and also Robert Phillips.

She is survived by: her daughter Brandy Phillips Small (Stephen) of Exeter, NH.; her grandchildren, Ella Small and Nicholas Small of Exeter, NH; and her siblings, Pat Tittle (Nolan), Judy Osborn, Janet Brown and Jim Brown of Broken Arrow, OK.. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Peggy's memory to Optimist International Foundation, 4494 Lindell Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63108; http://www.optimist.org.

“Peggy was my friend and my sister. She got me and we understood each other. She was awesome and the energizer bunny. She cared about everyone. She helped me in my darkest days. We had our last lunch together a week before God took her home. I love her, miss her and not sure how I can go on without her. She was a great person and I am lucky to have known her. God speed, dear sister. I miss you.”
