She is survived by: her daughters, Amber Butler of Tellico Plains, TN, Lizzie Lightning of Muskogee, OK and Lillie Lightning of Muskogee, OK; her stepdaughter Waleeska Knifechief (Creston Kenilworth); her mother-in-law Jeanette Smith of Muskogee, OK; her grandchildren, Kassie DuVall (David) of Broken Arrow, OK, Lauren Dewar of Fort Myers, FL, Bryan Butler of Tellico Plains, TN, McKinly Melton of Tahlequah, OK, Alexis Melton of Muskogee, OK, Aaliyah Melton of Broken Arrow, OK and Layton Melton of Montgomery, AL; her stepgranddaughter Aaliyska Knifechief of Portland, OR; her great grandchildren, Brooke Bryant of Chipley, FL, Elijah Angel of Fort Myers, FL, Eloise DuVall of Broken Arrow, OK, Mirabel DuVall of Broken Arrow, OK, Amelia DuVall of Broken Arrow, OK, Silas DuVall of Broken Arrow, OK, Star Butler and Sky Butler; her cousins, Janelle, Bonnie, Samantha, Lavanna, Frances and Paula; and her niece Tracy Whittington.
