It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paula Barclay of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 27, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Cedar and Joan Elizabeth Cedar (Sherriff); her children, Andy Livesay, Paul Bemore, Joanna Taylor Fitzsimmons, Kathy Boyd and Georgeanne Barclay; and her brother Paul Cedar. She was also cherished by 14 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
