He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Jennifer Haseley of Broken Arrow, Elizabeth Knight (Frank) of Siloam Springs and Karen Haseley of Broken Arrow; his grandchildren, Sarah, Jackson, Noah, Michael, Whitlee and Jay; and his sisters, Merle Davis of Jupiter and Carolyn Campbell of Augusta, Missouri.. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
