He was predeceased by: his parents, W. O. Collins and Ruby Collins (Lester); and his son Rodney Lee Collins. He is survived by: his wife Francille Collins (Blaylock); his daughters, Joy Faggins (Terry) and Candice Hooper (Pete); his granddaughter Madison Hooper; his sister Sue Giampetro; and his aunt Geneva Neal. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
Due to the Covid19 pandemic the family has ask that the funeral attendance be limited to immediate family members only and face coverings are required.
