It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pati Lynnae Casillas of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, born in Altus, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 7, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Allen and Beulah Ruth Booker (Fallwell); and her brother Wesley Booker. She is survived by: her husband Larry Casillas; her children, Kenna Harkins (John) of Collinsville, OK, Diana Freeman (Bob) of Jenks, OK, Chali Stevens (Carey) of Tulsa, OK, Steven Smallwood (Tracy) of Claremore, OK, Paul Casillas (Leslie) of Broken Arrow, OK and Mark Casillas (Christie) of Liberty, TX; and her brother Ronnie Booker (Pam) of Headrick, OK. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
