He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel Garfield and Ruth Jones (Qualls); and his wife Dorothy Jones. He is survived by: his children, Robin Jones, Kim Terry (Anthony) and Valerie McLean (Patrick); his grandchildren, Olivia Terry, Jon-Michael Terry, Hadassah Terry, Logan Jones, Nathan McLean and Allexis McLean; his niece Janice Simms; and his nephew Jimmy Simms (Rebecca).
