She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Jack and Evelyn Blevins (Lane); her husband Ronald Ray Thompson; her son Ronald Ray Thompson, Jr.; and her siblings, Winona Land, Cecil Blevins, Ronnie Blevins, Lena Darby, Mary McDaris, John Blevins, David Blevins and Judy Catlett.
She is survived by: her children, Leslie Thompson (Jada) of Collinsville, OK and Diana Smith (Jacky) of Broken Arrow, OK; her grandchildren, Tiffany Thompson, Whitney VanMeter (Allen), Daniel Rosenthal (Jessica), Lance Thompson (Celia), Cassidy O'Keefe (Josh), Elizabeth Thompson and Nathaniel Thompson; and her siblings, James Blevins of Coweta, OK, Brenda Lehenbauer of Oklahoma City, OK and Connie McElwain (David) of Tulsa, OK. She is also survived by her 14 great-grandchildren.
