She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Fern Shields (Davis) and Joseph Merle Shields; and her husband Wesley James Barnett. She is survived by: her daughters, Becky McMurphy and Brenda Staires; her grandchildren, Kacie Urbeck (Kevin), Ryan McMurphy (Nora), Heather Tapp (Jamie) and Jason Staires; and her great grandchildren, Kamdyn Barnett, Boston Tapp, Paislee Staires and Owen Staires. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Rose Chapel (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012).
