He was predeceased by: his parents, George Blair and Alma Blair (Denney); and his sister Doris Howard. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jean Blair; his children, Shirley Adams of Conroe and David Blair of Jones, Oklahoma; and his grandsons, Derek Adams, Richard Adams and Christopher Adams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
