He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Leo and Winifred June Kuhn (Swearingen). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Kuhn; his children, Karla Roe (Cory) and Christopher Kuhn; his grandsons, Logan Roe and Dylan Roe; and his siblings, Don Kuhn, Barbara Kuhn and Kerry Kuhn. He is also survived by his granddaughter and great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012).
