He is survived by: his spouse Jean Ann (Haynam); his sons, Steve Hines (Debbie) and Dan Hines (Ann); his grandchildren, Shareen Crosby (Rich), Luke Hines (Jen), Rebekka Morse (Jordan), Josh Hines, Jake Hines (Karissa) and Megan Hines; and his great grandchildren, Lane Crosby and Mikayla Morse.
