She was predeceased by: her parents, James Leonard and Virgie Lee Ellis (Ball); her sister Madelyn Martindale; and her cousin Barbara Warren. She is survived by: her husband William Avery Bowden of Okmulgee; her daughters, Yvonne (Don Admire) and Robin Bowden-Wade; her grandchildren, Amanda (Chad Gilpin), Zachery Wade (Sonya) and Rachel Holmes; and her great grandchildren, Calvin, Kenna, Bailey and Dylan.
