With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Evelyn Hunter of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, born in Stigler, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 21, 2021 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Apple and Lottie Marie Robertson Apple; and her siblings, Bill, Dorothy, Frank, Genevieve, Mossie, Freddie and Charlie.

She is survived by: her daughter Juli Zuel of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Hunter Zuel of Beaumont and Julianna Peppers (Kyle) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and her sister Patsy Sue Wheeler of Bixby, Oklahoma. She is also survived by many friends and extended family.
