She is survived by: her husband Johnny O. W. Faddis; her son Kent William (Jennifer); her sister Eula Marie Foreman; her daughters, Karen Thurman (Dan) and Patricia Givens (Brennan); and her grandchildren, Austin Givens, Wyatt Thurman, Hayden Givens, Kaylee Faddis and Jayce Faddis.
