He is survived by: his wife Kerry Miller; his daughters, Melanie Potter (Joe) of Nipomo, Jessica Lee of Owasso and Audrey Grissinger (Michael) of Jacksonville, Florida; his sisters, Fostine Buckner of Broken Arrow, Donna Young of Broken Arrow and Carol Phillips (Mike Phillips) of Coweta, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Trenton, Nate, Treyson and Sebastian; and his nephew Carl Wayne Fields. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, cousins, and numerous friends.
