She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Smith of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; her children, Lori Bockmiller (Dave) of Fort Worth and Jason Smith of Pasadena, Texas; her grandchildren, Grace Smith, Megan Smith, Autumn Bockmiller and Caden Bockmiller; and her siblings, Larry Shamp (Susan) of Summerfield, Florida and Wilma Blankenship of Lafayette, Indiana. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
