She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret DeVoe (Totman) and Peter Henry DeVoe; and her brothers, Peter and Frederick DeVoe. She is survived by: her husband Robert Soper III; her daughters, Ginny Kropiewnicki and Debbie Reeves (Bobby); her grandchildren, Michael Kropiewnicki (Peyton), Aaron Kropiewnicki (Natalie), Brandon Reeves (Lyndzi) and Lindsay Wickersham (Jared); and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Bryson Reeves and Reagan Wickersham.
