She was predeceased by: her parents, Sadie Pratt (Parker) and Charles H. Pratt; her former husband Curtis Smith; her husband Morgan Smith; and her son Stephen Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Smith (Barbara) and Carole Hunsperger (David); her grandchildren, Michelle Blinco (Michael), Richard Smith II (Barbie), Kimberly Smith, Deborah Osborne, Doug Smith (Katt), Scott Hunsperger (Bekka), Kelli Hunsperger, Kevin Hunsperger (Heather), Eric Hunsperger (Carol), Yolanda Holmes and Stephen Smith (Amy); her great grandchildren, Michael, Courtney, Cameron, David, Elsie, Abby, Stephen, Jacob, Candi, Jesse, Benjamin, Dominique, Joscelyn, Dani, Christina, Morgan, Ava, Chase, Carter, Adyen, Cale, Curtis, Brittney, Dallas, Landon and Bailey; and also, Linda Smith and Roni Smith. She is also survived by numerous great-great-grandchildren and numerous other family members and friends.
