He was predeceased by: his parents, James Duncan and Maude Duncan; his siblings, Hazel, Irvin, Orville, Leta, James and Herman; his son-in-law Terry Seabolt; and his granddaughter Emma Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Duncan; his daughters, Diane Seabolt, Dayna Foster (Roy Davis), Debra Chamberlain and Donna Duncan; and his grandchildren, Tommy Seabolt (Caris), Sarah Ricks (Jason), Elizabeth Clark (Jeremy), Evan Foster (Claire), Adam Foster, Erin Duncan (Eddy) and Jacob Chamberlain. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, as well as many other family members.
