He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sylvester and Joy Lee Powell (Jennings); his wife Doris Jean Powell; and his son Thomas Loren Powell. He is survived by: his son TJ Powell (Kelie) of Coweta, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Hunter Powell, Gavin Powell, Brittnee Roark, Noah Bristol, Madalyn Bristol, Nathan Bristol, Dakota Bristol, Kyle Payne and Curtis Payne; his great grandchildren, Gracie Bristol, Hudson Bristol, Hazel Bristol, Kentley Payne and PJ Roark; and his sisters, Carol Joyce Sims of Collinsville, Marilyn Hawkins of Mansfield and Glenda Rhodes of Mansfield, Missouri. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
