He was predeceased by: his wife Ruby Forrester; his stepdaughters, Anna Marie "Jackie" Smith and Marilyn Green; his parents, Lonzo Benson Forrester Sr. and Maudie Smith Forrester; his grandparents, Quillian Nathaniel Forrester, Frances Whitlock Forrester, Cornelius "Neal" Crowe and Nora Catherine Smith; his brother Ronald Forrester; and his siblings-in-law, Burleen "Tommie" Forrester and Carlton Stephens.
He is survived by: his daughter Tina Goldman (Deric); his stepdaughters, Debbie Kroll and Tammy Baker; and his siblings, Lonzo Forrester Jr., Jimmy D. Forrester (Deborah), Margaret Ann Forrester and Betty Jo Stephens. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
