He is survived by: his former wife Judith Dee Holt; his daughters, Tammy (Brett Andrews) of Collinsville, OK and Tracey (Rod Matlock) of Tulsa, OK.; his wife Judy; his grandchildren, Ryder Andrews of Collinsville, OK. and Kyra; and his sister Deana (Dale Lemons).
