He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Hardin; his children, Teresa Collis of Cypress, Texas and Michael Tobler of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his brother Charles Tobler (Jean) of Edmond, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Lauren Ratliff (Kyle) of Cypress and Sydney Kleypas (Andrew) of Dallas, Texas; and his great grandchildren, Kylee and Lacy Ratliff of Cypress, Texas..
