She is survived by: her husband Rick McCullough; her children, Melissa Howard and Daniel Frost; her grandchild Devan Frost; and her siblings, Peggy Day, Lenora Gammel Rich, William Garrison and James Lann. She is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
