She is survived by: her children, Elena (Bart Essick), Tony (Emily Galvez), Julie and Carlos'; her husband Carlos; her children, Michele Dan and Carlos Jr. (Beth Galvez); her siblings, Pam Newcomb (Indiana), Don Tate, Rob Tate and Chris Ludlum (Indiana); and her grandchildren, Caleb, Chris, Michael, Robert, Maria, Haylee, Kolton and Lennon.
