She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Francy and Clara Susan Francy (Mashburn); her husband Robert L. Self; her daughter Patricia Rosser; her grandchildren, Joseph Franklin Self and Melody Camille Self; and her brother Robert Francy.

She is survived by: her son Robert Self, Jr.; her grandchildren, Daniel Self, Kenny Walker (Sheila), Lori Rosser Bridgewater, Alesia Posey (Jeremy), Jerod Self (Amber), Jake Self (Shaylee), Jennifer Tucker (Scott), Jessica Graham, Audra (Lori Graham) and Sarah Graham; and her siblings, Kenneth Wayne Francy (Jeanette) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Wanda June Bryan of Broken Arrow and Nancy Ella Lemon of Russellville, Arkansas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
