She was predeceased by: her parents, George Madison Brent and Grace Hunteman Brent; her siblings, Cecile Denney, Donald Brent, Glenn Brent and Earl Brent; her nieces, Jeanne Denney Carlson and Beverly Denney Baue; and her nephew Alan Brent.
She is survived by: her husband Gary King; her daughters, Julie King (John Pirkl), Brenda Howell (Russell) and Amy Butler; her grandchildren, Amanda Roberts (Kyle), Kayla Butler, Kyle Butler and Grace Pirkl; and her great grandchild Axton Roberts. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Her donations to Boys Town, St Jude's, John 3:16 and her church will continue after her passing.
