She was predeceased by: her parents, Bus Blackburn and Mary Evelyn Blackburn; her husband Jerry Holmberg; and her daughter Susan Hardick. She is survived by: her daughter Julie Williams of Broken Arrow, OK; her grandchildren, Jason Hardick, Josh Hardick of Keller, TX, Elizabeth Williams of Nichols Hills, OK, Jordan, Marcus Taylor of Fort Worth, TX and Eric Williams of Dallas, TX; her great grandchildren, Devyn and Hailey; and her sister-in-law Linda Holmberg of Oklahoma City, OK..
