He is survived by: his father David Charlick of Paris, Missouri; his daughters, Kara Nicole Charlick (Candice Miley) of Denver and Krista Michelle Charlick (Damion Hooks) of Broken Arrow; his friend Rhonda Winchester; his siblings, Glendia Ayers (Rick) of Marshfield, Gail Million (Alan) of Paris and Jim Charlick of Paris, Missouri; and his nieces and nephews, Chanda, Justin, Shayla, Joel, Jason, Sheena, Emily, Alexis and Eva. He is also survived by 20 great-nieces and nephews.
