He is survived by : his parents, Jeffrey Giddens and Suzanne Giddens of Broken Arrow, OK; his brother, Justin Giddens and his wife, Lauren Giddens of Tulsa, OK, his grandmother Marilyn Musgrove (Robert Musgrove) of Tulsa, OK; his great-uncle Jared Giddens (Aleta Giddens) of Edmond, OK; his great-aunts, Joyce Lackey (Jerry Lackey) of Wellston, OK and Susie Waggoner of Catoosa, OK; and his aunts and uncles, Elizabeth Giddens (Jeff Govek) of Southlake, TX, Kathryn Carmichael (Colin Carmichael) of Bentonville, AR, Jason Giddens, Jennifer Giddens-Brown (Derrick Brown) of Tulsa, OK, Julie Coughlan (Nick Coughlan) of Kingfisher, OK and Randall Philpott. He is also survived by numerous cousins, family members and friends.
