He is survived by: his son David Lynn Neely (Phyllis); his wife Joy McCreary; his sister Ann Ivey; and his granddaughters, Stacy Listrom (Titus), Kristen Osterlie (Matthew) and Kara Neely. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
