She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos John Riddle and Idotha Jeanette Tanner Riddle; and her husband W. Ray Vaughan (J. Day). She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Jeanne (Allen); her grandchildren, Garrett Phelan (Lori) of Tulsa and Barbie Dismuke (Chad); her great grandchildren, Keaton Olu, Ashley Phelan, Austin Phelan and Allie Phelan; her half-sister Jill Bonzer; and her brother-in-law Bob Newman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked donations in Jo Ann's honor and name be made to the St. Jude's Hospital.
