He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil H. Smith and Goldie Viola Smith (Steele); his brothers, Bob Smith (Arlene), Bill Smith (Jenice) and Jack Smith (Wanda); his daughter Alisa Brooks; and his grandson Caleb Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Smith; his daughter Genea Pine (Ray); his grandchildren, Randy Pine (Alesia), Stacia Macklin (S. T.), Reid Pine (Kristina) and Larissa Carver (Chase); his great grandchildren, Brax Macklin, Beckett Macklin, Baker Macklin, Karstyn Pine, Ryker Pine, Ava Pine, Rusty Pine, Soul Carver, Lux Carver, Zula Carver and Raz Carver; and his brother Jerry Smith (Gayle). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
