He is survived by: his wife Joyce Nelson; his daughter Jodie; his son-in-law Todd Stuckey of Broken Arrow, OK; his grandchildren, Allison, Lily Stuckey of Broken Arrow and Jackson Johnstone of Coppell, TX; his sisters-in-law, Ann Johnstone of Columbia, MO and Irene Lee of Boone; and his niece Melissa Barrett (Bob) of Boone.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed Jerry's family, 5901 W Waco St, Broken Arrow, OK 74011, for a charity to be determined.
