She was predeceased by: her father James Alvin Willis; and her husband Francis Dowling. She is survived by: her mother Sandra Joy Kennett Willis; her stepmother Marja Willis; her brothers, James Willis (Ginny), Ryan Willis and Joseph Willis; and her nieces, Lauren, Kate and Olivia Willis. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
