He was predeceased by: his father Delvin W. Howard. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Howard; his mother Claudette M Bartow Howard; his son Jeffery Layne Howard; and his siblings, Rick (Jan Howard), Shelly (Monte Eisenman) and Melaney (Jim Henson). He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces, other family and many friends.
