He is survived by: his wife Arlene Hamilton of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and his children, Richard Ryan (Vicky) of Bixby, Michelle Miller (Brian) of Broken Arrow, David Hamilton of Signal Hill and Chelsie Hamilton (Jaymes Lively) of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
