He is survived by: his wife Ruenell Shields of Broken Arrow; his daughter Stephanie Williams; his son-in-law Brett of Fort Worth, Texas; his granddaughters, Nicole Williams of Enid and Molly Williams of Fort Worth; his stepchildren, Calvin Mallett (Stephanie) of Harrison, Arkansas, Greg Mallett (Trina) of Broken Arrow, Nelda Mallett of Kansas City, Missouri and Ladonna Bicanovsky (Mike) of Hattieville, Arkansas; his sister Margie Brown of Clarksville, Arkansas; and his sister-in-law Frances Shields of Irving, Texas. He is also survived by many step-grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and dear cousins.
