He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Page; his children, Cindy Smith (Randy) of Henryetta and Sandy Love of Edmond, Oklahoma; his siblings, Jack Page (Patty) of Florida and Marilyn Smith of Albuquerque; his grandchildren, Sean Moulder, Chelsea Moulder, Haylee Moulder, Hannah Love and Katie Love; and his great grandchildren, Jaxen, Cora, Ryder, Madden and Amelia.
