He is survived by: his sisters, Brenda Lehenbauer and Connie Lane (David); his children, Marie Boothe (Russell), Pamela Been (Cris) and Scott Blevins (Julie); his grandchildren, Carrie, Allen Gorman, Raychal, Josh Santucci, Melissa Boothe, Jake, Sierra Lurvey, Steve Owen and Brooke Lurvey; and his great grandchildren, Laundin Gorman and Dominick Gorman.
