She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Starns and Ann Starns; and her son-in-law Les Wilmott. She is survived by: her spouse Jerry D. Payne; her daughters, Jerrianne Wilmott, Kimberly Kendall (Kent) and Jamie Payne; her grandchildren, Robin Whitfield (Jeff), Jacob Wilmott (Katie), Mathew Wilmott (Amelya) and Kelsey Kendall; and her great grandchildren, Max, Maycee, Roxy, Remi, Parker, Ophelia, Deacon and Jack. She is also survived by three beautiful daughters, four grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Jackie's honor.
