He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Downer (Frost) and Jack Harry Downer; and his grandson Jack Thomas Downer III (Tray). He is survived by: his brother Bruce Downer (Tris); his wife Nelda Downer; his daughter Tess (Paul); his nephew Sean Prophet (Christina); and also, Brooke, Jack Thomas Jr. and Chris Downer (Trisha).
