He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert James Maynard and Grace May Queen Maynard; and his brothers, Richard, James and Kenneth Maynard.
He is survived by: his wife Ethel Maynard of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his children, Lucinda Crain (Matthew) of Tulsa and David Maynard (Elaine) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his siblings, Lee Maynard (Janet) of Topeka, Raymond Maynard (Cathy) of Clovis, Mason Maynard (Wanda) of Boise and Mickie Shaw of Gold Beach, Oregon; his grandchildren, Sarah Mayfield, Rebecca Lynch, Kayla Chambers and Evan Maynard; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Lynch, Jasea-Adali Lynch, Theoden Goss, Jack L. Maynard, Caroline Maynard and Etta Chambers. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
