He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Pingleton Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Lora Johnson; his sons, Richard McCulley (Sylvia), Steve Erwin (Brenda), Kevin Erwin (Robin) and Phillip Erwin (Mary); his grandchildren, David Harris (Brittany), Dustin Erwin (Kandace) and Paige Erwin (Daniel); and his great grandchildren, Sylyss, Saphyrra, Lexi, Krayson and Trinity.
