He is survived by: his former wife Bonnie Reavis; his children, Jack David and Sherry Ryer; his daughter-in-law Sue Ann Coursey; his grandson Trey Coursey (Laurie); his wife Beth of Carrollton Texas; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Zachary and Colton Coursey; and his sister Lavenia Bingham.
